Kristen, the girl who took my booking, spent a great deal of time with me, explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions and was prepared to put the booking on hold for a day while I checked out my travel insurance. She also checked the insurance offered by GET LXUE and was able to clarify it with me the next day when I rang back.

I thought the service was excellent. After I had printed the invoice, I rang to check the information in relation to check in at the hotel and this again was great service. The hotel was amazing and the location was superb. So looking forward to another luxe getaway!
